show week, 49,000 glasses of Pimms, 5,000 bottles of champagne, 54,000
cups of tea and coffee and 28,000 sandwiches are sold 3. In 2005 the show was increased from four days to five days due to its popularity 4. Several members of the Royal Family attend an exclusive evening preview of the show. 5. New plant varieties are often launched at the show and it is the place to catch emerging garden trends. |

Best Show Garden Award, The Best City Garden Award, The Best Chic
Garden Award, The Best Courtyard Garden Award.
157,000 visitors will see over 600 competitors
from all around the world battling it out for four grades of
medals awarded. There is no limit to the number of medals the judges
can award. They are: Gold, Silver-Gilt, Silver, Bronze. |
